Supports the development and delivery of North Coast VIP consumer experiences as an extension of Napa and Sonoma Luxury Tasting Room experiences. Under the guidance of Tasting Room leadership, this role supports VIP consumer outreach and follow-up, seeks opportunities to attain and retain high net worth customers and delivers high-end guest experiences across Napa and Sonoma Estate locations.

What you'll do:

• Flexes between Napa and Sonoma Luxury DTC properties according to need to host VIP guests with innovative, unique experiences that extend beyond traditional tasting room offerings.
• Follows up on VIP guest leads provided by Tasting Room leadership, Consumer Event Sales Specialist, Member Services, Portfolio Consultants and local concierge contacts.
• Builds personal relationships with potential VIP guests by initiating follow-up communications after consumer, trade, or corporate events.
• Provides back-up support as Tasting Room Representative up to 30% of the time when not hosting VIP guests

What You Need:

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus 4 years of hospitality or luxury sales (smaller wineries/high end concierge/resort);or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of hospitality or luxury sales (smaller wineries/high end concierge/resort)
• Required to be 21 years of age or older.

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of hospitality or luxury sales (smaller wineries/high end concierge/resort) OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus 6 years of hospitality or luxury sales (smaller wineries/high end concierge/resort).

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $44,540- $70,800
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
