The Opportunity: Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that our members and guests enjoy a pristine and inviting environment. As a crucial part of our hospitality team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness that our esteemed members expect.
Duties and Functions:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and recreational facilities to ensure they are presentable, comfortable, and safe.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensuring the availability of clean and well-stocked linen and amenities for guest use.
- Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas to prevent the spread of germs.
- Handling and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table and chair arrangement.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate department.
- Adhering to established club policies and procedures related to housekeeping and safety.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member and guest requests or concerns.
