Job Description

  • Will require the ability to obtain a government security clearance

The candidate selected will be responsible for supporting the technical development of high reliability space instrumentation for a variety of missions: measurement of the space radiation environment, optical and infrared imaging, and electronic instrumentation.  The candidate will support all aspects of instrumentation development including integration, test, calibration, and on-orbit operations.  The candidate must have good hands-on laboratory skills, basic electronics knowledge, and skill with data processing and analysis (MATLAB and Python programming a plus).  Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.  BS Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physical Chemistry, or Math with a minimum of two year’s work experience required.  Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a security clearance. Will be 100% onsite in Carlisle, MA.
