Compensation Range : $90,994-$124,416/ Annually

What you'll be doing:

  • Support strategy behind DSR including rules of engagement with customers, program optimizations, KPIs and reporting.
  • Maintain reporting/system for management to measure DSRs sales performance along with productivity and throughput.
  • Work with Sales to help develop customer facing DSR's, and to assist sellers execute against a digital strategy to optimize customer engagement with DSR's.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to determine what our "brand voice" and/or tone will be consistently across DSRs. This will impact what we say in our DSR invitations to customers, as well as how we train sellers to sound and respond when speaking with customers.
  • Stay in tune with the latest collateral from Marketing & product updates from Merchandising to help inform customer facing DSR's.
  • Works closely with key functional partners to identify and prioritize key initiatives. Acts as SME, with decision making authority for digital sales initiatives.
  • The role will provide vision, direction, and execution of the strategic initiatives and/or enhancements related to digital sales process.
  • This role is critical to retaining and growing our Commercial Enterprise, Commercial Mid-Market, SLED, and Healthcare customer base by enabling the digital sales team to be efficient and effective in daily selling and support efforts.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills (for presentation to 'C' level)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an effective and collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' related experience
  • 1+ years' computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-based applications

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project management experience ranging from planning and design through execution, risk mitigation, and analyzing results
  • MS Office suite proficiency; experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
