As the Director of Sales Incentive Design and Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales compensation strategy and designing variable compensation plans to drive sales performance aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) for various roles within our organization. This critical position involves collaborating closely with Sales Leaders to define and refine KPIs, ensuring that our sales team is motivated and rewarded appropriately for achieving their targets.

What you'll be doing:

* Sales Compensation Strategy: Develop and drive the overarching sales compensation strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and revenue goals

* Variable Compensation Plan Design: Design, implement, and manage sales compensation plans, including commission structures and bonus programs, tailored to each sales role and its associated KPIs

* KPI Definition: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to define and set clear, measurable KPIs for each sales role that align with corporate objectives

* Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance against established KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to compensation plans as necessary

* Financial Modeling: Create financial models to evaluate the impact of different compensation plan scenarios on the company's budget and profitability

* Incentive Communication: Develop effective communication strategies to ensure that the sales team understands their compensation plans and how to maximize their earnings

* Compliance: Ensure that all compensation plans comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

* 12+ years of relevant business experience

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

* Post-graduate degree

* 7+ years of management experience
