POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Nursing Strategic Communications and Education, the Assistant Web Producer will aid in supporting the Department of Nursing's weekly e-newsletter and web platforms.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Senior Manager for Nursing Strategic Communications and Education, the Assistant Web Producer will:
- Assist in editing and updating e-newsletters and websites using HTML code
- Create and optimize images and graphics
- Organize, upload, and maintain a library of photo and video assets
- Research and compile continuing education opportunities for nursing staff and add events to the calendar
- Assist in updating online forms for Nursing education and recognition programs
- Assist in other projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology or web programming.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of relevant technical and web programming experience
- Work experience in the healthcare and/or academic sector is highly preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and jointly to complete assigned tasks
- Must be familiar with HTML code and content management platforms like Drupal and SharePoint
- Basic experience using video, audio, photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiar with audio/visual and web conferencing tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
- Portfolio Required
- On Site Skill Assessment Required
Portfolio and samples of work will be required.
