Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Construction Engineer located at Hanscom AFB, in Bedford, Massachusetts.

The selected candidate will have experience with construction management within a government setting to include leading teams to on-time completion of projects, and within budgeted parameters. The ideal candidate with have a diverse portfolio of projects offering a depth of construction knowledge.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of all construction activities, personnel and associated administrative processes.
  • Manage Utility Installations and administrative process
  • Establish project plans and detailed schedules with defined milestones.
  • Develop and implement quality control/quality assurance.
  • Manage and commission building mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety systems.
  • Manage close out and purchaser turn-over.
  • Provide extensive review and recommendations
  • Assist in the planning, design and construction, and installation of equipment while insuring base preparedness, while maintaining the proper program costs and schedules.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have minimum of an active secret security clearance.
  • 12 years of experience, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, OR a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience, of which 5 year must be in the DoD, or 20 years of directly related experience.

Education
Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (required)
