Job Description:

The Treasury/Finance Manage will support the Treasurer by managing treasury functions within Global Partners. This position will be responsible for daily cash management for various entities, developing and analyzing financial models to support decision making related to strategic initiatives, public market debt and equity transactions, bank borrowing, payment processing and foreign exchange.

• Manage processes and systems to determine daily cash position; track and manage daily funding for multiple entities.
• Forecast sources and uses of cash.
• Participate in capital structure planning and execution
• Manage debt obligations and maintain relationships with financial institutions and ratings agencies.
• Assists in modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage cash and investment portfolio.
• Assess, manage and mitigate foreign currency exposure.
• Assess, manage and mitigate interest rate risk.
• Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions.
• Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial information.
• Solid understanding of budget planning and finance.
• 5 - 7 years of commercial/corporate banking experience
• Experience using different methodical approaches for managing finances.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must possess leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
• Must have analytical thinking skills, mathematical skills and accounting skills.
• Advanced understanding in basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior management experience a plus
