Job Description

We are searching Insurance Operations Analyst for a 5 months contract assignment. You will be working for one of the largest wholesale generators of electric power and renewable energy from the wind and sun in North America.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL onsite, exempt position.

Position Specific Description

The company is a wholly-owned insurance subsidiary of the client's portfolio and provides coverage to both affiliated and non-affiliated risks. The finance team is an integral part of developing strategy for managing risk internally, risk transfer and executing strategy for growth.

Job Overview

The Insurance Operations Analyst will support the workflow process with regard to the Insurance Company Limited insurance and the Specialty Insurance Company, including reinsurance business underwriting, claims, and accounting. This role will ensure accurate Bordereaux data submitted on time, ingestion into the system and correspondence with internal (underwriting support, claims administration, and finance and accounting data, analysis, and reports) as well as external partners.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming Bordereaux from program managers
  • Review and ensure Bordereaux submitted have accurate template format
  • Complete review of validation errors from Bordereaux ingestion, follow up with individual program managers for correction
  • Ensure and maintain accurate data within the LOC, written and affiliate Bordereaux trackers
  • Manage the LOC process
  • Manage OFAC check process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners both internal and external
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years
