Our client, an independent dental practice, consisting of 8 experienced DDSs, is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our team on a part-time basis (2 - 3 days per month, 1099). The independent practice offers a professional and supportive working environment with a team of experienced dental professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform root canal procedures on patients referred by the 8 DDSs on staff.
• Schedule and manage approximately 5 -7 root canals per day during the designated working days.
• Collaborate with the front office team for efficient patient coordination.
• Work closely with an assigned assistant provided by the practice.

Requirements:

• Residency in Endodontics is preferred, but exceptional talent in Endodontics from a general practitioner may be considered.
• Valid dental license in Rhode Island.
• Ability to handle a high volume of root canal procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the existing dental team.
