Job Description
The ESG Data & Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our corporate Climate Impact program. This includes the ongoing management of JLL's corporate performance dashboard, data quality improvement plan, and the analytics to support the strategic insights of our dynamic program.

General Duties
Contribute expertise in a team-based work setting to various business opportunities conducted by other Company employees.
Contribute to fostering a team environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.

Specific Duties
Deliver the annual corporate Net Zero Roadmap scenario modeling analysis and inform plan to continuously improve approach.
Engage with key stakeholders to inform the annual corporate Net Zero Roadmap scenario modeling and provide guidance on strategic recommendations to reduce emissions as required.
Manage the corporate Net Zero Dashboard and development of continuous improvement plan which may include but is not limited to visual storyboarding, delivery approach, timeline, budget to achieve desired business objectives.
Establish corporate Net Zero Data Requirements document to inform KPI monitoring and data acquisition strategy to enable data driven decision making against our corporate climate commitments.
Support the corporate sustainability team with facilitating cross-functional project teams to create and implement initiatives to achieve net zero goals in areas including fleet, offices and corporate real estate, procurement, and client emissions.
Collaborate with internal working groups, client facing teams, councils and clients as required to educate on net zero and develop strategies to reduce emissions.
Engage in the development of net zero capacity building material, diagramming, mapping and digital illustration of net zero plan and projects to visualize the pathway for non-technical audiences.

Experience
5+ years of experience delivering emission reduction analysis, advisory or working with data related to climate strategy.
Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar education is an asset.
P.Eng. or similar professional designation is an asset.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.
Strong analytical skills and solution development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a project.
