The Solutions Delivery Manager (SDM) is the technical leader for client implementations. Responsibilities include collecting, evaluating, and disseminating technical design requirements. The SDM works closely with the Sales Engineering, Implementation Engineering, and Project Management teams to architect fully functioning designs based on TierPoint standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive customer service experience and a diverse technical skillset with an expert-level focus in Networking, Virtualization, or Security.
