General Summary of Position:

We are seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals that have 0-2 years' experience in an equipment configuration role. This person will be required to interface with multiple different types of technology during a single shift. They will assist the warehouse team to pick, pack and ship equipment out of the Lincoln, RI facility. Inventory control and accuracy will be vital to the success of this person along with ability to work on multiple different projects during a shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking inventory being worked for configuration
  • Responsible for applying configurations to a variety of equipment
  • Responsible for completing assigned work flows
  • Troubleshoot using internal systems
  • Assist in the Pick/Pack/Ship process
  • Work closely with all internal departments to ensure correct equipment is configured and shipped for customers
  • Ability to lift of 50 lbs
  • Job requires a valid driver's license as part of responsibilities could involve driving a company vehicle
  • Other duties as required by Management

Required Qualifications :

  • 0-2 years' experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oraland written communicationskills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
  • Availability to work overtime as required
  • Great work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Telecommunications industry experience
  • Experience with multiple equipment manufacturers (Cisco, Adtran, Fortinet, Meraki, and others)
