Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales

We're looking for a commercially focused recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team to drive growth and iterate on our recruitment strategy. We're looking for someone who has strong talent-sourcing experience, a consultative approach to role discovery, and excellent communication skills. What You'll Do:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for our Sales and Account Management teams, as well as other roles as needed, owning around 20 searches at a time.

  • Act as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers and their leadership, providing color to market dynamics, interview and assessment best practices, sourcing strategies, and more.

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, including our People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Operations, Total Rewards, and Finance.

  • Run a seamless hiring process, including the initial kickoff conversation, coordination and management of candidate interviews, debriefs and closing and negotiating offer terms.

  • Expertly use our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

  • Administer background screens, reference checks and other pre-boarding responsibilities.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business on all things related to the talent landscape.

  • Run your own desk, yet partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team on best practices and team projects.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preference within high growth Fintech and/or healthcare

  • Clear communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders

  • Demonstrated track record of identifying, engaging and managing the end to end recruitment process

  • Ability to drive and build process, constantly iterate, and improve on measurable goals and objectives

  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment along with a positive, can-do attitude to get things done

  • A data driven approach to recruitment and delivery, as well as extreme attention to detail

  • Passion for talent pipelining, as well as a keen interest in building diverse candidate pools.

  • Familiarity with technology and systems, including Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, sourcing tools, etc.
