THIS POSITION WILL BE REMOTE IN THE US.
The Sales Order Administrator will be responsible for order processing, invoicing, and customer support. You will have a strong understanding of *** Signals commercial product offerings, and support sales with quoting and booking requests to ensure the customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales is exceptional. You will have strong data entry skills, ability to works in a fast-paced environment and build a close working relationship with Operations resources required to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review incoming customer Purchase Orders and prepare them for accurate order processing working with sales account manager to resolve any inaccuracies.
Prompt and accurate entry and acknowledgement of customer orders in the ERP system (NetSuite) within 48 hours of receipt.
Ability to translate customer order details into desired customer software entitlement experience.
Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes that can help improve order processing efficiency.
Create and maintain order processing work instructions with constant focus on identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
Ensure customer's needs and expectations regarding their order are met. Follow through with requests to completion or escalate when appropriate.
Supports data integrity in Salesforce\and NetSuite
Cross train with team and other departments to provide backup support for these functions on an as needed basis.
Advanced computer skills, including a proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar platforms strongly preferred, as is previous sales order processing experience using an ERP system
You will partner closely with departments across the organization to understand their business requirements and use cases to define solutions to be implemented on NetSuite.
Troubleshoot issues within our ERP and work collaboratively to prepare our system for product launches, CRM usage, financial tracking, and workflows.

In This Role, You will...
Have a general understanding of software licensing models and entitlements
Be the primary contact for submission of customer purchase orders, and ensuring orders are processed in NetSuite with the expected customer experience
Have meticulous attention to detail and ability to research and resolve moderately complex issues
Provides occasional customer service support including providing tracking information, acknowledgments, and order status updates
Desire to take ownership of special projects and implementations
What you bring to the team
3-5 years of order entry experience
Experience with Order processing, financial operations, and accounting functions within NetSuite.
Ability to support time sensitive technical projects.
Ability to provide recommendations and enhancement suggestions for our Order Processing processes based off business needs.
Ability to create and maintain work instruction documents.
Ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally with various stakeholders within the organization.
Intermediate knowledge and use of NetSuite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Products
