Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Executive Assistant! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

Ocean Spray is looking for a new Executive Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who maintains positivity and professionalism while building relationships crucial to the success of the organization. Someone who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior. This person will be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality and a high level of integrity in all interactions working effectively with other departments while seeking solutions to business problems.

A Day in the Life...

* Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to executives (excluding CEO), exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. * Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. * Responsible for utilizing business software applications (e.g., MS Office) to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc. * Responsible for calendar management, appointments, deadlines and meeting coordination. * Files documents and other materials, performs data entry of applicable information and maintains resource information, references and other indexes as appropriate. * Prepares travel/meeting arrangements, makes decisions & tracks expenses as required. * Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email as necessary. * Perform general clerical duties as required.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience
