Job Description

YOUR MISSION

Budget/forecast, analyze and report on sales, margin and expense performance for ECOM
Provide reporting and analysis of ECOM results vs historical and budgeted figures
Provide detailed commentary on month end results from a sales and financial expense standpoint
Support month-end process including reporting, data validation, and calculation of accruals
Assist and validate new system implementation for testing and go-live
Assist with the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods
Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs

YOUR TALENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
2+ years of relevant work experience
Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
Retail/Ecommerce experience valuable
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions
Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and/or HFMvaluable
Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
