Job Description
Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Enablement Analyst to join our dynamic sales enablement team. The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, tools, and resources to drive revenue growth and enhance the productivity of our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong analytical skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of sales enablement best practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support direct and indirect sales enablement activities.
  • Design and deliver sales training, insights, and analytics.
  • Analyzes data and communicates actionable and strategic implications in key areas related to sales.
  • Assists with measuring the effectiveness of sales programs and strategies.
  • Uses statistical software to analyze and interpret data.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in sales insights/analytics, and digital tools/experiences
  • Experienced power user of excel and related applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • A track record of effectively managing initiatives and project teams.
  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; databases and statistical packages
  • Salesforce/CPQexperience
  • LMS experience preferred.
