Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst manages technical support and operational customer support service needs for students in the College; serves as on-site technical lead for the distance education programs and issues with computer/printer/copier/faxes.

Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience required.

Qualifications:

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Computer Science (Required), BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Information Technology (Required)
